ESTUDO SOBRE A FORMAÇÃO DOS PROFISSIONAIS DE APOIO ESCOLAR NA EDUCAÇÃO INFANTIL NO MUNICÍPIO DE SANTA LUZIA

Este trabalho investigou os profissionais de apoio escolar da educação especial in loco, a fim de buscar reflexões sobre a prática educativa desses sujeitos dentro de seus espaços de atuação. A ausência de clareza quanto às exigências por parte do poder público, com relação à atuação e à formação desses colaboradores, causa reconstruções inadequadas das atividades exercidas por esses servidores no ambiente de trabalho. Dessa forma, esta pesquisa discutiu possibilidades viáveis para uma atuação e formação em serviço para esses profissionais. Sob interpretações diversas a respeito das orientações apresentadas pelo município de Santa Luzia, sobre os profissionais de apoio escolar, gestores têm atribuído a estes sujeitos atividades de responsabilidade que são incoerentes com sua formação. Essa conjuntura gera uma preocupação no processo de ensino e aprendizagem dos estudantes da Educação Especial, que tem sido apontado continuamente como um dos fatores mais agravantes para a efetivação da inclusão nas instituições escolares. Sob a luz de autores que tratam da temática da atuação e da formação desses profissionais de apoio escolar, esta pesquisa buscou uma abordagem qualitativa, valendo-se de entrevista semiestruturada como instrumento de investigação. Assim, o presente estudo objetivou fomentar reflexões sobre a formação desses sujeitos que atuam na Educação Infantil, no âmbito da modalidade da Educação Especial, com o intuito de contribuir com mediações a respeito da prática no trabalho dos profissionais de apoio escolar pesquisados. Os resultados encontrados apontaram, além de inúmeras situações de irregularidade quanto ao exercício de sua função, certo desconforto por parte dos profissionais de apoio no convívio diário com as professoras regentes. Dessa maneira, esta investigação permitiu novas possibilidades para se pensar em estratégias de efetivação de uma formação continuada consistente para esses profissionais de apoio escolar.

STUDY ON TRAINING AND THE ACTIVITIES OF SCHOOL SUPPORT IN CHILDREN EDUCATION IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SANTA LUZIA

This work investigated the professionals of school support of special education in loco, in order to seek reflections on the educational practice of these subjects within their spaces of action. The lack of clarity regarding the demands made by the public authorities regarding the actions and training of these employees causes inadequate reconstructions of the activities carried out by these employees in the work environment. Thus, this research discussed feasible possibilities for an actuation and in-service training for these professionals. Under different interpretations regarding the guidelines presented by the municipality of Santa Luzia, on school support professionals, managers have attributed to these subjects activities of responsibility that are inconsistent with their training. This situation creates a concern in the teaching and learning process of Special Education students, which has been continually pointed out as one of the most aggravating factors for the effectiveness of inclusion in school institutions. Under the light of authors dealing with the thematic of the performance and training of these school support professionals, this research sought a qualitative approach, using a semi-structured interview as a research tool. Thus, the present study aimed to foster reflections on the training of these subjects that work in Early Childhood Education, within the scope of the Special Education modality, in order to contribute with mediations regarding the practice in the work of the school support professionals researched. The results found pointed out, in addition to numerous situations of irregularity regarding the exercise of their function, some discomfort on the part of the professionals of support in the daily living with the regent teachers. In this way, this research allowed new possibilities to think about strategies for effective continuing education for these school support professionals.
