EXPERIÊNCIAS DE JOVENS EM SITUAÇÃO DE VIDA NAS RUA NO CENTRO DE BELO HORIZONTE

A condição juvenil na contemporaneidade configura muito mais que um contexto geracional, encontra-se diretamente ligada aos múltiplos pertencimentos, é o constante trânsito pelas experiências de vida, estando o tempo todo sendo atravessado e constituído pelas concretas condições de vida. O termo "juventudes", atribuído a Juarez Dayrell e Paulo Carrano nos estudos sobre juventude é o mais apropriado para essa pesquisa, pois considera a pluralidade e a multiplicidade da categoria em questão. A pesquisa buscou analisar como a juventude é experimentada por jovens em situação de vida nas ruas. Para tanto tentou compreender por meio das narrativas desses jovens suas trajetórias, os espaços de sociabilidade utilizados por eles e suas interações com a rede de promoção e proteção social. As questões norteadoras da pesquisa realizada em Belo Horizonte foram: a) Os jovens experimentam a vida nas ruas com o objetivo de reforçar sua identidade juvenil por meio desse modo de vida? b) As conexões que esses jovens estabelecem proporcionam condições para construção de perspectivas futuras? C) a adoção no Brasil de normas jurídicas que reconhecem os jovens como sujeitos de direitos tem beneficiado aqueles que vivem em situação de rua? O Centro Pop foi o local de partida para identificação e contato com os jovens. A vinculação do jovem ao equipamento foi a variável principal para definição dos jovens a serem pesquisados. Oito jovens passaram a constituir o alvo da pesquisa e a serem acompanhados. A partir dessas interações entre jovens entre 18 e 29 anos nas ruas de Belo Horizonte, o grupo pesquisado aumentou para 25, jovens, pesquisados no período de dezembro de 2017 a agosto de 2018. A abordagem qualitativa foi a escolhida para essa pesquisa, pois, possibilita maior flexibilidade ao pesquisador no processo de escavação do cotidiano. Para a análise, recorremos a sociologia compreensiva com base em autores da Escola de Chicago, como Georg Simmel, Howard Becker, Robert Park. Grande parte dos jovens incluídos na pesquisa apontaram em suas narrativas marcas de trajetórias perpassadas pela proximidade com a realidade da periferia, antes e durante a situação de vida nas ruas. Essas marcas são evidenciadas pela dificuldade de acesso ao estudo, ao lazer e ao trabalho formalizado.

Experiences of young people in street life in the center of Belo Horizonte

The juvenile condition in contemporary times is much more than a generational context, it is directly linked to multiple belongings, it is the constant transit through the experiences of life, being all the time being crossed and constituted by the concrete conditions of life. The term "youths", attributed to Juarez Dayrell and Paulo Carrano in youth studies is the most appropriate for this research, considering the plurality and multiplicity of the category in question. The research sought to analyze how youth is experienced by young people living on the streets. For this he tried to understand through the narratives of these young people their trajectories, the spaces of sociability used by them and their interactions with the network of promotion and social protection. The guiding questions of the research conducted in Belo Horizonte were: a) Do young people experience life on the streets in order to strengthen their youth identity through this way of life? b) Do the connections that these young people establish provide conditions for building future perspectives? C) Does the adoption in Brazil of legal norms that recognize young people as subjects of rights have benefited those living on the streets? The Pop Center was the starting point for identification and contact with young people. The attachment of the young person to the equipment was the main variable to define the young people to be surveyed. Eight young people became the target of the research and to be followed. Based on these interactions between young people between 18 and 29 years of age on the streets of Belo Horizonte, the group surveyed increased to 25, young people, surveyed from December 2017 to August 2018. The qualitative approach was chosen for this research, allows greater flexibility to the researcher in the process of daily digging. For the analysis, we resort to comprehensive sociology based on authors of the Chicago School, such as Georg Simmel, Howard Becker, Robert Park. Most of the young people included in the research pointed out in their narratives trajectory traces crossed by the proximity to the reality of the periphery, before and during the situation of life in the streets. These marks are evidenced by the difficulty of access to study, leisure, formal work.
